Antonella, the amazing hostess, made our stay jaw-droppingly fantastic. The mouthwatering welcome gift, convenient self check-in/check-out, and the ability to store our belongings before leaving were highly appreciated. The location was mind-blowing with the harbor and old town just around the corner, offering plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The well-equipped and sparkling clean apartments had everything we needed, and the separate payment for tourist tax was clearly stated. Highly recommended for a delightful stay.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. We got great value for our money as the room was clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, being close to the port, city centre, and bus stop. The staff at Zagara were friendly and accommodating, making our stay seamless and enjoyable.
The hotel breakfast menu could have offered more variety.

The owners were responsive, polite, and provided valuable information, including tips on getting to the airport. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had all the necessary amenities such as a kitchenette, fridge, balcony. The owners even left jams, Nutella, and toiletries for us.
Felt very at home, no complaints whatsoever.

We had an amazing Christmas vacation at this place! The hostess was lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised with a delicious welcome gift upon check-in, and the convenience of being able to leave our belongings before leaving to explore the town was a major advantage. The location couldn't have been better - just a stone's throw away from the harbor and the charming old town, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops to choose from. And the fact that the sea was literally around the corner was the icing on the cake!
While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of downsides. there was a slight unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, although it wasn't a major issue.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Trapani. My purpose of travel was leisure, and I stayed for a week. The hotel provided an airport shuttle, which was a great convenience and allowed me to arrive early to Trapani. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in front of the port. I highly recommend visiting the islands of Favignana and Levanzo, as they were an amazing experience. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and provided great recommendations. it was a wonderful experience.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

From the moment we arrived, the owner was incredibly responsive and polite, greeting us with a warm welcome despite our late bus. She provided us with valuable information, including how to get to the airport in the morning. The apartment itself was easy to access and perfectly located in the heart of the city, near the ferry terminal, bus station, train station, and restaurants. It was medium-sized and fully equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, balcony, private bathroom, comfortable bed, reliable Wi-Fi. We were pleasantly surprised to find jams, Nutella, and toiletries waiting for us. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, and we never had any issues with noise from neighbors. While there is no elevator, the second-floor location was not a problem for us. The view from the balcony overlooking the charming street below was delightful. We had easy access to grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants, and enjoyed exploring the town on foot. For those who enjoy hiking, we highly recommend the stunning village of Erice, which is a memorable 18km round-trip. We also had a fantastic experience renting bikes from Bike Shop Nollegiamo. The owners were extremely helpful in providing information about bus routes and other local tips. this apartment was a fantastic find, offering a perfect location, modern amenities, and exceptional hospitality.
